G." on the edge, the latter inscription inverted, obverse inscribed "THE ROYAL AIR FORCE RIFLE ASSOCIATION" in the centre, with the Royal Air Force eagle above, crossed rifles below, framed by branches of thistles, roses and shamrocks forming a wreath, reverse with an open ended wreath of laurel leaves, 38. 7 mm, better than extremely fine. In its hardshelled case
