Mas Doix ‘Doix’ Garnatxa-Carinyena 2015 apple-cider Baudry's delicateSalanques vineyards are situated at a height of 350 450 meters above sea level on hillsides of pronounced slopes, with the characteristic slate soil called "licorella". Wine elaborated with Grenache and Carignan of old vines between 70 and 90 years, as well as younger vines for varieties of Syrah.
