Vintage Refused "Slayer" T-Shirt Jacket Original t-shirt from 1999 inSwedish post punks Refused formed in 1991. They were a kind of typical 90s style hardcore band, with graffiti ish logos and hard, metallic songs. That changed drastically, as their 1998 album, The Shape Of Punk To Come, which became a well regarded and critical piece of late 90s punk, pushing the boundaries into all new territories.
