It is marked CL C for manufacture by the Canadian Motor Lamp Co. (Windsor, Ontario, Canada) as well as size stamped 70 and dated 1942. The chin strap is constructed of green canvas with dual integrated springs for comfortable fitment around the chin. The interior liner is constructed of black leather,
