A Royal Yugoslav Army Cavalry Officer’s Cap Badge, c. 1938 certificate_of_authenticity intact prongs and screwbacksConstructed of gilded and silvered brass, the obverse consisting of a Yugoslav royal eagle situated within a semi circular laurel and oak leaf wreath, the reverse retaining all attachment prongs affixing the badge to an aluminum backplate with a blue wool liner, unmarked, measuring 50 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), demonstrating minor loss of finish and material fatigue to the emblem and backer, respectively in better than very fine condition.
