Matteo Thun designed Sphera in 2000 as a simple, slightly flattened oval shape that emphasizes the remarkable quality that goes into each of their productions. Sphera uses a technique called incamiciato, where Italian Maestro glass blowers use multiple layers of glasseach of different transparencies and propertiesto create a rich
