The fresh, fruity scent of citrus, gooseberry and tropical fruit is complemented by a subtle touch of mineral fragrance. The crisper acid is perfectly balanced by the fruity sweetness, medium full body, firm texture and fine minerality. A rather long, elegant mineral finish combines with fruity softness and juicy acidity. Fine pressing of hand harvested grapes from the Kapellenberg
